La presente Cookie Policy descrive le modalità di utilizzo dei cookie e delle tecnologie simili da parte di SmartHome Picks (il "Sito"), in conformità al Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), al D.lgs. 196/2003 (Codice Privacy) come modificato dal D.lgs. 101/2018, e al Provvedimento del Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali del 10 giugno 2021 recante "Linee guida cookie e altri strumenti di tracciamento".

1. Cosa sono i cookie

I cookie sono piccoli file di testo che i siti web visitati dall'utente inviano al suo dispositivo (computer, tablet, smartphone), dove vengono memorizzati, per poi essere ritrasmessi agli stessi siti alla visita successiva.

Tra gli "altri strumenti di tracciamento", il Garante include pixel, fingerprinting, local storage, session storage, identificativi univoci del dispositivo e tecnologie equivalenti, che producono effetti analoghi ai cookie in termini di accesso a informazioni nel terminale dell'utente.

This Cookie Policy describes how SmartHome Picks (the "Site") uses cookies and similar technologies, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code) as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018, and the Regulation of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) of 10 June 2021 on "Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools".

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that websites send to the user's device (computer, tablet, smartphone), where they are stored, and then retransmitted to the same sites on subsequent visits.

3.1 Cookie banner
